Was Haiti caused by HAARP?

1) Haiti is near a HAARP array in Puerto Rico just a few hundred miles away.
2) Haiti is a low tech, unguarded, unwanted country, a good place to experiment without getting caught.
3) A street cam running at time of quake clearly showed ground moving up and down only! as if roiling, percolating or boiling. Very little sway in the telephone poles. This salient fact indicates super heated ground water not crust smashing or crustal slippage which always goes sideways. This is the most telling evidence I have uncovered so far. My friend said the lightpole supporting the camera was swaying forward and backward from horizontal motion, but you decide. The other poles don’t seem to be doing this. The ground actually looks like the surface of a crusty, boiling pot of old stew.
4) A tourist vid, taken simultaneously from above the city showed dust and what appears to be steam coming up all across the quake zone. There also appear to be some HAARP clouds, but this may be just the sunset catching the bottoms of clouds as the quake occurred at 5:00 PM
5) Earthquake was actually not on a big fault line, but quite far south of the North American plate and Caribbean plate. They don’t usually have quakes there, much less big ones like this. HAARP can create quakes anywhere there is water or trapped moisture, and our planet is honeycombed with water and pockets of gas.
6) The quake occurred at sunset which may have been an attempt to camouflage any HAARP clouds with the sunset. It could have been planned to occur after sunset in the city of P o Prince, but they missed a bit.
7) There were an excessive number of 5.0 aftershocks. This is highly unusual and may indicate the superheated ground could not cool off quickly. Scalar waves which are generated off of EM waves can accomplish this.
9) The evening news floated lies about this quake within a day of it’s happening, saying “there was no tsunami because there was no vertical motion”, only horizontal motion. This seems to be a complete lie given the street cam.
10) The evening news did not have a reputable scientist give this report, they had a handsome young reader who seemed to be looking to advance his career more than provide any real science.
11) The news also lied about the quake being on the North American and Caribbean fault line. If they are lying like this, the question is why is the evening news floating disinformation about this quake? When they float stupid lies, I conclude they are covering up something.
12) Another news idea that doesn’t make much sense is how such a deep earthquake can only effect a small target area and not its neighbor The Dominican Republic. I guess they are next….
12) The Russians have been warning us about these kinds for uses from HAARP, which is why they have their own system now. HAARP wars, anyone?
13) Haiti is prime real estate once you get all the locals off it. The US military is now in control, without firing a shot. I gotta hand it to the Illuminati, they are very smart. These huge spherical UFO’s started appearing around January 18, 2010. They are on both the forward and rear images taken by NASA’s Stereo Spacecraft in space. They appear to be moving as they are in different positions on many photos. Remember these are huge possibly at least the size of Earth. Further, if they were planets or some type of huge asteroid comets, they would already have been pulled into the sun by the strong gravity the sun produces as in the case of the recent comet.

Notice also that they are reflecting the suns light just like a metal constructed ship would do.

My best guess is that they are huge planet sized spacecraft either observing the sun, or could it be that disclosure is now happening. Either way, I await NASA’s official explanation. Please help to make this viral so that we can get this out to the world. This could finally be the evidence that NASA can’t cover-up or ignore.

Response- What you’re seeing is the difference between “beacon mode” (near realtime, heavily compressed, binned [I believe 512 x 512 or smaller]) images and normal playback telemetry images (2048 x 2048 native mode, less heavily but still lossily compressed).

Normally, we get most of each day covered by the near realtime, beacon mode data through the help of a variety of ground stations around the world (including some operated by radio amateurs):

so we have prompt information when space weather events have originated at the Sun. The full-resolution playback telemetry comes from dedicated periods of downlink (“station contacts”) through NASA’s Deep Space Network (DSN). A single playback can last hours, and covers data from a day or more stored on one of the two spacecrafts’ solid state recorders. Those data are then played back over the Internet to the mission operations center and the STEREO science center, and thence to the instrument teams’ home institutions, where they are processed over the course of a day or so. Thus, in normal operations, the full-resolution images will be ~ three days behind real time. Newer images will be the lower-res, more highly compressed beacon mode images, and older images will have been replaced by the full-res, playback data.

On January 18, at ~ 21:47 UT, the “central data recorder” at DSN, that stores all the playback data from all the missions DSN supports, failed. A backup CDR took over, but apparently started working on data from January 10, instead of just the four previous hours, as designed. (The last I heard, the DSN engineers don’t know why, but it certainly sounds like a software issue.) For some reason, DSN is unable to reset a pointer and say, please start processing from this time instead of that time. So we, and all the other missions supported by DSN, are waiting for our playback data from January 18 and all following days. As soon as we get it, and the instrument teams have reformatted the telemetry into scientifically useful formats (that allow, for instance, making SECCHI EUVI data into images), we will post the images and other STEREO browse data in the normal places.

And no, I don’t know why DSN designed such an inflexible CDR system. I suspect they may modify it after this experience.

Nobody here knows whether the earthquake in Haiti was a natural disaster or a technological attack.

If you just assume it was a natural disaster, you are being naive.

I compiled some of my favorite links from various threads here regarding the possibility that Haiti was caused by HAARP, for the purpose of ushering in a US military occupation, to allow for the the plunder of Haiti’s ample resources by corporations whose dirty work is routinely carried out by our military.

On October 25, 2005, I wrote an article for Online Journal, headlined Is it the weather or government terror, detailing government manipulation of weather, including earthquakes, for terror and destruction, mentioning that “your local weatherman was surely not up to pointing this out,” and adding “let me help with the forecast, past, present and long-range. When I wrote that article, I was disturbed over the effects of Katrina, on August 25, 2005, not to mention the Indonesian tsunami preceding it on December 26, 2004. A contact in Australia just alerted me to
what he describes as “very weird
weather taking place over the south
west of Australia”. He told me to go to
the national weather satellite images if
I could not open the images he
attached (See left). By the time I had
learned the e-mail and checked,
the large clearly defined ring had
mostly dissipated but still was just
visible on a time loop which was
spiraling counter clockwise (Low
Pressure system).

The images above is what my contact sent which shows a wide band ring covering many
hundreds of miles across the south west of Australia with a small dot (presumably cloud)
shown just right of center.

I saved the loop of the area when I checked the site several hours later but unfortunately it was
encrypted not to permit this. The loop is not now on the site but the satellite image taken at
16:30 UTC is also very fascinating. It shows a very large rotating over the western Australia
where the mysterious large ring appeared from which a small but brief condense trail formed
off the coastline and from the center what had been the huge ring a series of what appears to
be three mini spiraling arms are seen moving out of the area, moving north east. This is one
of those rare occasions when I could buy weather experimentation effects or other experiments
being performed by HAARP are being observed. It is hoped to receive an explanation from the
Australian Government Weather Bureau for these series of weird effects.

My contact sent me two additional photographs taken on the 16th (15th in the USA) and
also at my request sent an inquiry to the weather observatory at Kalgoorlie and Giles in
Western Australia and received this answer:

Early Saturday there were sort of concentric circles of echoes between 200 Kms
and 400 Kms from Kalgoorlie-Boulder. But there was no weather around
this area from which radar signals might have been reflected. It would therefore
seem to be due to what is referred to as “anomalous propagation “.(fake
echoes) or even possibly dust in the atmosphere.

Taken at 1430 hrs. Cloud cover has went position but the ring remains
in the same position but less well defined.

This satellite image shows cloud cover over Australia at 1630 hrs on the 16
January, 2010 which tends to support the met office statement that there was
no weather over that area from which the radar could have been reflected.
