On the 27th of July, dozens of residents in Ottawa and nearby Gatineau, Canada, witnessed an object streak across the sky at 10pm. The object which had lights that changed colour, then crashed into the Ottawa River with a ‘thunderous boom’. Witnesses said the object seemed to change course several times before finally crashing. Emergency services raced to the scene using sonar and underwater cameras trying to locate the object. On the following day they found an object about 9 meters (30 feet) below the water but the authorities declined to send divers down because of the current and nearby perilous rapids. No one has any thought what the object is, no craft are reported missing from the area, there is no debris, oil or anything or any other evidence of a plane crash. Alain Boucher of Ottawa Police said: ‘The size and the shape doesn’t lead us to believe it’s any piece of an airplane or fuselage or anything like that. It could be a rock, it could be a bunch of logs stuck together, it’s hard to say. No one has come forward with any kind of videos or anything like that at this time. Residents in Harbour Mille, a tiny community on Newfoundland’s south coast, want to know what they saw in the sky Monday night.

Darlene Stewart said she was outside taking pictures of the sunset when she saw something glide overhead.

She snapped a picture of the object in an attempt to zoom in on it to see what it was.

“Even with the camera, I couldn’t make it out until I place it on the computer,” she told CBC News. “I knew then it wasn’t an airplane. It was something different.”

Stewart’s picture shows a blurry image of what appears to be some kind of missile-like object emitting either flames or heavy smoke.

Emmy Pardy also saw the object.

“It appeared to come out of the ocean,” she told CBC News. “It was like it was in the middle of the bay.”

An RCMP officer was in the community Tuesday to investigate the reports.

Pardy said she’d like to know what the object was.

“It’s kind of scary because you don’t know if something is being set off out in the bay, [or] if someone is doing experiments,” she said.

The residents plot to be outdoors again Tuesday evening to see if there is a similar sight in the sky.

In this video, I captured 3 flying objects flying in a formation diagonally across the sky. I was even lucky to capture an airplane below them. Then they all suddendly disappeared at 2min 37 sec. I tried to see them with my eyes, but they where only detectable in the IR spectrum. They started disappearing in this order … 1.) Lead object. 2.) Rear object 3.) Middle object.

I reckon its My first UFO!!!! I looked out my window and saw this orb just lit up…..Some kinda Jet or airplane flys right behind it at about :45sec…..Maybe the military checking it out? So weird…..I tried my best to hold the camera steady and focus but I was filming this through an open window and it really wasn’t simple. Plus I’m not to excellent with cameras, kinda learning as I go along. Please tell me what you reckon. PEACE!!!!!!!!!

Here is another video that has been a hot topic the last few days around the Net. Allegedly, on 08-09-09, in Tucson, Arizona, a man has captured a video of an airplane being abducted by a UFO.

The event itself was seen by a number of people, who thought at first they were watching a balloon. They soon discarded this explanation when the object fell about 1,000 feet in less than a second.

The submitter ran inside, grabbed his video camera, and filmed the unknown object approaching an airplane from behind. Soon, the UFO absorbed the plane.
