UPDATE: Hi everyone. I received a phone call Friday morning from a local Comcast supervisor who informed me that he and a crew would be here first thing Saturday morning. Soooo…..we’ll see what happens. Thanks to all for the fantastic support…and to those readers who personally gave Comcast a piece of their mind on my behalf! Lon

UPDATE: Well, it looks like it’s going to be more than just a few days unless Comcast can figure out the problem. They can’t even choose if there is an actual outage, let alone what is really incorrect. Then, to top it off, they canceled my service appointment on Weds….and rescheduled for next Weds.(Dec.2nd). Unbelievable! I called their service center 5 times on Weds. and received 5 different answers. I’m using up my megabytes on my mobile modem to get mail and post updates…as well as trying to maintain my business during the holiday rush. I plot on telling as many people as possible how terrible Comcast treats their customers. Thanks for sticking in there, everyone. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon…Lon

Hi folks. I have had internet service issues all day Tuesday and it still has not been resolved (damn Comcast!). I’m posting this off my very weak mobile modem and backup laptop…just to let you know that hopefully I will be able to post again for Thurday’s email and feed delivery.
