Columnist Suggests ‘Avatar’ Merely Alien Porn
by admin on Dec.27, 2009, under Phantoms & Monsters
NOTE: I had to post the following column. This is either someone who has despise for James Cameron and science fiction films or one of the most perverted minds in journalism. If it was simply a tongue-in-cheek statement, then I could give him the benefit of doubt. But, frankly, I truly believe this columnist has serious issues…Lon
sfgate – by Mark Morford – Some say the greatness of “Avatar” lies in its lush visual grandeur, the sheer madhouse spectacle, the revolutionary eye candy that only $300 million in computer graphics and 10 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms can buy.
Others have pointed out how the tale itself is terribly thin and really rather stupid, the dialogue is all sorts of corny, and the entire thing’s pretty much a direct rip-off of “Dances with Wolves” (all right, by the way; I’ve seen it), but none of that really matters when the special effects are so awesome and brain-drenching that you might as well tear off part of your id and toss it in a blender when the movie starts to roll.
To which we can all effortlessly scoff: bulls–t.
Let’s just say it outright: This is a movie about alien porn. It’s about the fantastic, timeless, hypererotic white man fantasy of the Other. Inhabiting it, having sex with it, becoming it, moving inside it, running and leaping and fighting and taking spectacular risks just before falling into a bed of florid vines with your significant — and incredibly hot — alien companion to fondle her tail as the planet smiles in pleased bioluminescent munificence all around you.
Let me be clear. I don’t mean “hot” in the typical sci-fi sense. The Na’vi are not cheeseball pneumatic fantasy creations, the males all bloated, vein-popping muscle-bound meatheads and the females sporting Volkswagen-sized breasts and giant firedragon swords and asses from here to Lara Croft. They are not the generic, infantile, 10-year-ancient boy-lost-at-Comic-Con kind of hot. Not completely, anyway.
No, this is adult hot. Kinky hot. Exoticism wrapped in virile prowess slipped into a giant sheath of sexy blue lizardleather. It would appear that James Cameron and his nefarious crew of kinkhounds probed every nook and cranny and orifice of Freud’s extraterrestrial fantasy handbook to invent the dreamiest blue lustcreature imaginable. Yes, this is a movie about fetishism.
Evidence? Plenty.
Let’s start with the obvious. The Na’vi are 10 feet tall. They are like every godlike basketball player, Amazon warrior and magical stiltwalker. Did you know nearly every human on the planet wishes and dreams he/she could be taller so as to be more dominant and godlike and reach the top shelf at Pottery Barn with ease? Well, they don’t. I just made that up. But I bet it’s not far off.
The incredible thing is, despite their tremendous height, the Na’vi are not gangly or slow or heavy. They have no dexterity issues or joint pain. They are not constantly bumping into things with their gawky six-foot limbs. They are phenomenally graceful and fluid. There is no wasted motion. They have zero body stout. They go like featherweight gazelles when they should go like lumbering gibbons. Mmm, tasty.
Let’s talk about those tails. Oh, honey. Did you know animal tail fetishism is one of the largest sexual fetishes in all of fetishdom? Well it’s not. Or rather, it might be. I really have no thought. I just made that up, too. But it sure sounds right, doesn’t it? A tinge of bestiality? A hint of exotic animal play? Face it: on the right kind of creature, tails are sexy as hell. Just question a mermaid. Catwoman. The devil. I mean, come on.
What about those catlike eyes? Wide set, twice as wide as normal humans. And they’re huge. Japanese anime huge, and bright yellow/green. Like moonstones. Like sea creatures. Like Japanese anima sea creature catpeople from the moon. Did you know large eyes and dilated pupils trigger a nurturing and protective instinct in humans? Right. Do you know when you add that to sexual kink, it’s downright perversion-ready combustible? Doubly right. You ever seen any hentai? You ever read “Bondage Fairies”? Oh my God.
Of course, the Na’vi are deep blue. They are not red. Red would have been too mad and perhaps sparked protests from Native Americans. Yellow is too creepy and urinary. Green too slimy and frog-like. Black too flagrantly racist. Purple too fairy princess. But everyone likes blue. It’s sky, it’s oceanic, it’s blueberry pie. Blue is downright dreamy. Wet dreamy.
And the Na’vi sparkle. Or rather, they have bioluminescent spots that light up and dance and look all magical and nightlighty and tasty. Do you know what else sparkles? Another creature we’ve excessively fetishized like drunk cheerleaders on meth lately? That’s right: vapid teen vampires. Mmm, suck me now, sparkling blue bioluminescent anime sea creature Amazon basketball player moonlike catperson of my dreams.
But wait, there’s more. What about the ears? Oh, hell yes. Riding high, small and pointy, just like we like ‘em. Just like … an elf. Did you know elf porn is the second most well loved fetish in America? Well it’s not. I just made that up, too. But it might be. I mean holy hell, do you know how many fantasies were spawned by the Elfin robe-wearers in “Lord of the Rings,” with their high pointy ears and their Orlando Bloom/Liv Tyler immortal hotness? Elfin! High, pointy ears! Done.
What else? Oh right. The African thing. I mean, obviously. Tribal. Dreadlocks. Full lips, long, sloping, wide noses, neck beads and loincloths and running through the jungle at top speed, barefoot, never cut or bruised or tripping over some damnable branch like a dumb lumpy white person. The exotic African (racist?) connection is strong and obvious, except for when it’s something else, like maybe Maori or Native American warrior, with the ponytails and the tribal markings and the fierce eyes. Baby, the Na’vi have it all.
But wait, we haven’t hit the best part yet. Because in this movie, you don’t merely get to fantasize about the Other from afar or even just indulge in interspecies sex. You get to literally become one of them. You enter into their bodies and really go and hunt and breathe and fight and screw and kiss and talk like them, fuse your DNA to theirs forever and ever. It’s just like “Cocoon,” only far less creepy and geriatric Steve Gutenbergian!
Behold, the ultimate in guilty colonialist fetish fantasy epic porn filmmaking, ever. Flawed, broken white man can, with his righteous modern technology, fuse his DNA with super-hot exotic sexually flawless alien species and become the Other and save the world and then score the hot chick from “Star Trek.”
Dude. Mr. Cameron sir. Just stop your silly overblown movie right there. You don’t even have to have them fight the terrible guys or run from monsters or stage ridiculous epic battle sequences. What’s the point? Just have a lame white dude become a giant gorgeous blue sexhotsuckerbeast Na’vi, and film him walking down the street and ordering a latte from Starbucks. Watch humanity share one giant, collective Lacanian psychospiritual orgasm. Perfect.

Avatar’s “Pandora†could be a reality
by admin on Dec.22, 2009, under Latest News, Paranormal & Unexplained stories
As James Cameron’s animated sci-fi movie Avatar goes on general release, astronomers point out that the movie’s habitable moon called “Pandora” may exist in reality.
![]()
Although none have been found to date, “exomoons” orbiting exoplanets are sure to exist. Could an exomoon be detected? If so, could that exomoon’s atmosphere be probed? Yes and yes, according to today’s announcement by the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (CfA), Mass.
Pandora is a fictional alien world 5 light-years away from Earth orbiting an exoplanet in the system of Alpha Centauri A. As detailed in an exclusive Discovery News interview with the visionary director of Avatar, Cameron has been very careful to base his creation on science fact (unlike some movies I won’t mention). The biology of Avatar’s alien creatures are no doubt impressive, but what about the planetary physics? Could an exomoon be habitable… even inhabited?
“If Pandora existed, we potentially could detect it and study its atmosphere in the next decade,” said CfA’s Lisa Kaltenegger.
Kaltenegger and her colleagues point out that all the gas giant planets in our solar system (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune) have moons, and if these moons are large enough, they possess an atmosphere.
One example is Saturn’s large moon Titan that has a very thick atmosphere and — as the 2005 ESA Huygens mission learned — a lot of the surface features are very Earth-like. It’s not a huge leap of the imagination to reckon that a larger rocky moon, orbiting a gas giant (a large Jupiter-like exoplanet) in another star system might have an exomoon with an atmosphere too.
“All of the gas giant planets in our solar system have rocky and icy moons,” Kaltenegger added. “That raises the possibility that alien Jupiters will also have moons. Some of those may be Earth-sized and able to hold onto an atmosphere.”
But, seeking out exoplanets is hard, and although over 400 of these worlds have been detected, some hi-tech piece of kit would be needed to go on an exomoon hunt.
When searching for exoplanets, astronomers will often look for a slight dimming in star light as an exoplanet passes in front of it. The exoplanet-hunting Kepler space telescope is currently looking for these exoplanet “transits” and it is hoped that the presence of exomoons orbiting the exoplanets may be detected too.
As an exomoon orbits its host exoplanet (in the same way our moon orbits the Earth), the exomoon will “tug” on the exoplanet very slightly. From Kepler’s point of view, the telescope will see the transiting exoplanet wobble very slightly as it passes in front of the star. This could be the signature of the presence of an exomoon.
Say if Kepler could detect the presence of an exomoon (not necessarily in the Alpha Centauri A system as no exoplanets have been spotted there, yet), how could astronomers work out if it’s a real-life Pandora?
“Alpha Centauri A is a bright, nearby star very similar to our Sun, so it gives us a strong signal” Kaltenegger clarified. “You would only need a handful of transits to find water, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and methane on an Earth-like moon such as Pandora.”
“If the Avatar movie is right in its vision, we could characterize that moon with JWST [the James Webb Space Telescope] in the near future,” she added.
Fascinatingly, exomoons provide an exciting opportunity for the survivability of life. In the case of an exoplanet orbiting a red dwarf star, the exoplanet would have to orbit very close to the star to exist within the “habitable zone” (the region surrounding a star that’s neither too far away or too close, but in just the right location for water to be maintained in a liquid state). This is because red dwarfs emit less light than a star like our sun; therefore an exoplanet needs to be closer to a red dwarf to receive a quantity of light for life as we know it to survive.
But there’s a problem. If an exoplanet orbiting a red dwarf is within the habitable zone of the star, there’s a high probability that the exoplanet will be “tidally locked” with the star. Tidal locking means that the same side of the exoplanet will always be facing the star, continuously getting heated. The far side will be forever cold. This kind of situation is very terrible for life to survive as there will be no such thing as “days,” just one eternal, dull “day.”
But, place an exomoon in orbit around this tidally locked exoplanet and we’ll have a situation where the exomoon is always orbiting (it will therefore have days). The exomoon would become the more likely location for life to survive, even thrive.
Whether or not Pandora is really out there, perhaps there’s more chance of an Earth-sized exomoon (with an atmosphere) rather than an exoplanet nurturing life…

AVATAR: The Symbolism – The Xeno-Genesis!
by admin on Dec.18, 2009, under Latest News
Avatar, the latest science fiction epic from James Cameron is expected to be a ground breaking cinematically immersive experience, conceptualized with the fusion camera and shot in 3D animation. It’s Cameron’s Magnum Opus. A revolution in film-making. The signature Huge Bang moment in filming that seamlessly blends live action production with computer animation to make a visually compelling narrative around an extraterrestrial world.
Avatar is the tale of a reluctant hero, Jake Sully the wounded ex-marine, whose consciousness is projected into a hybrid, embarking on a journey of redemption and discovery as he crosses sides and leads an epic battle to save the alien indigenous civilization, the Na’vi, against humans who plans to exploit the exotically rich bio-diversity on Pandora, the moon of a newly learned planet Alpha Centauri B-4.
Like his previous films, Avatar utilizes imagery and symbolism that hints at a secret knowledge of the esoteric concepts and traditions, providing a glimpse into the spiritual essence of the Fantastic Work of the Ages and significantly seems to point to the genesis of mankind. Let’s examine the symbolism first.
From the movie promotion, you can clearly see that practically all of the posters (American and International) released for Avatar, presents the image of the single eye. This represents the All-Seeing Eye. The most vital symbol of the Illuminati, Freemasonry and the Vatican Church State – the Holy See. The All-Seeing Eye is the official omniscience ritual worship sign of Lucifer, the Fallen Arch
Angel. Throughout history and ancient mythology, this sign has been represented by deities such as Nimrod of Babylon, Ra, Osiris and Horus of Egypt, and Dionysus of Thrace and Greece. In other places, Lucifer is also known as Apollo, Baal, Zeus, Jupiter, Prometheus, Poseidon, Orion, Moloch, Serapis, Thammuz, Hercules, Atus, Shiva, Saturn, The Centaur, Sabasius, Adoni, Hermes, The Boy Plutus, and many more.
The Blazing Star (Pentagram) has been regarded as an emblem of Omniscience, orthe All-Seeing Eye, which to the Egyptian Initiates was the emblem of Osiris, the Creator. – Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma.
The representation of the All-Seeing Eye is interwoven practically throughout every major culture and is also manifested as the Sun God or Solar Deity, the Winged Serpent, the Winged Disk and the Horned emblem. Now, Cameron is known to be a 33rd Degree Freemason and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, whose most vital mission is to usher in the Masonic Christ. If you examine the image on the right, you will see how everything is connected. The human base on Pandora is run by the Security Operations (SECOPS). Their logo is a pentagon and their base is surrounded by a pentagonal perimeter fencing. The pentagon is an infinite occult symbol, formulating the exact composition of the center of a pentagram and a pentagram fits perfectly inside a pentagon. Obvious symbolism of the god Baphomet. Notice that the symbol for the Order of the Eastern Star fits within this framework, inverted or not. Incidentally, the Order of the Eastern Star is an affiliate of the Prince Hall Masonic Order, the first lodge of black Free and Accepted Masons in the world, whose most prominent member is Barack Obama, President of the United States and leader of the liberal blue democrats.
Speaking of blue, one of the primary colors of the Order of the Eastern Star is the color blue and this color is literally painted all over Avatar. The color represents the first three degrees of Freemasonry, known as the blue degrees and also signifies the ruling bloodline. This color is clearly seen throughout Cameron’s work, whether as a writer, director or producer.
So what does this all mean? What is the meaning behind these burgeoning and spiraling symbolism? Is this a connection to our past and/or our future? A catalyst to awaken us from a perpetual dream? A sign of a new awakening or a warning of something dire?
If you look at the images above, this blue symbolism is manifesting itself everywhere from the blue hands in ABC’s FlashForward and CBS’ Criminal Minds to practically all visualizations of Obama to the Norway spiral light show to the blue hand high-energy X-rays emanating from the nebula around PSR B1509-58 and to the logo for the Copenhagen’s COP15 (resonating with SECOPS) Climate Summit. Maybe, Chris Knowles of the Secret Sun says it best when he wrote:
They don’t look like Norwegians- they look like gods. They also look like the angels in the tracing board [masonic], and if you look in the lower right corner there’s a stairway as well. The blue people in the center are a mother, father and child- a trinity, if you like. Their skin color rung a bell, since that is more associated with Hindu gods than Nordic ones. – Stairway to Sirius.
Perhaps, this is what Cameron is pointing us to. The Sirius connection. The mural at the Central Hall at Oslo City Hall, where Obama received his Nobel Peace Prize, depicting Norwegian history and legends; certainly echoes that. Large blue entities helping a smaller being onto a path through a gate. After all, spirals are
usually seen as a gateway between worlds and the spiral show was the semiotic link with Obama’s award ceremony. There is obviously some connection here with humanity, Sirius, Isis, Horus and Osiris. What it really is, I’m not really sure.
One of Cameron’s most well-known work was The Terminator series, a film about the Savior of mankind, from a world overrun by machines. The God-Man. The Messiah. The Apotheosis. John Connor. JC resonating Jesus Christ. The film was distributed by Orion Pictures, symbolic of Osiris with obvious linkages to the Freemasonic theories of man’s creation and evolution through the Sirius Star Systems. Like Avatar, in Terminator, Cameron used the hybrid machines as a symbolic reference to the creation of an offspring different from the parents. A theme that seems to be central in all of his work, extending from his first work on the 1978 film
Xenogenesis, where a woman and man search embark on a mission to make new life cycles in space. Incidentally, the male leader in the film was called Raj, an obvious reference to the God RA. Speaking of RA the Sun God/Winged Disk, take notice of what is emblazoned on Sam Worthington’s shirt. He plays the role of the Jake Sully, the avatar and was also semiotically featured in last installment of the Terminator series, Terminator Salvation.
Finally, this is probably where the answer lies. The Xenogenesis. The symbolism around the All-Seeing Eye, Pentagram, and the color Blue are obviously a reference to Sirius. As Above, So Below. According to Wikipedia, Sirius has an apparent magnitude of 1.46 and is considered as the brightest star in the night sky, nearly twice as second brightest star, Canopus, and can be seen from nearly every inhabited region of the Earth’s surface, and is described by several researchers as “sea blue.” with several traditions describing it as the blue star. The Pentagram is often interpreted as a cross in many cultures, such as Greece, Rome and Babylon; similar to how the cross is revered in the Christian faith. This cross is also found within the Order of the Eastern Star symbol as well as the pentagon, and crown symbols. Could this be the message? Look at the juxtaposition of the eyes of the lead characters from Avatar with the Sirius Star System in the next picture, is that the answer that Cameron is pointing us to? The terraforming and development of Earth by extraterrestrial beings from Sirius, populating the planet with humanoid hybrids, a cross between Neanderthal humans and the the alien gene? The Xenogenesis?
Did this happen in our past? If so, what does it mean for our future?

In the epic action adventure fantasy Avatar, James Cameron, the director of Titanic, plans to takes us on a spectacular new world beyond our imagination, as we continue our never-ending journey through the alien memestream. Avatar tells the tale of a reluctant hero on the distant moon Pandora, who embarks on a journey of redemption, discovery and unexpected like – as he leads a heroic battle to save a civilization. Conceived 14 years ago and over four years in the making, Avatar is set to break new technological ground in delivering a fully compelling and emotional tale by reinventing the movie experience with never before seen 3-D science fiction into a truly magical cinematic event.
Here’s the feature trailer:
Here’s the official teaser trailer:
The full official tale goes something like this:
The tale’s protagonist, Jake Sully, is an ex-Marine who was wounded and paralyzed from the waist down in combat on Earth. In order to participate in the Avatar program, which will give him a healthy body, Jake agrees to travel to Pandora, a lush rainforest environment filled with incredible life forms – some gorgeous, many terrifying. Pandora is also the home to the Na’vi, a humanoid race that lives at what we consider to be a primate level, but they are really much more evolved than humans. Ten feet tall and blue skinned, the Na’vi live harmoniously within their unspoiled world. But as humans encroach on Pandora in search of valuable minerals, the Na’vi’s very existence is threatened – and their warrior abilities unleashed.
Jake has unwittingly been recruited to become part of this encroachment. Since humans are unable to breathe the air on Pandora, they have made genetically-bred human-Na’vi hybrids known as Avatars. The Avatars are living, breathing bodies in the real world, controlled by a human driver through a technology that links the driver’s mind to the Avatar body. On Pandora, through his Avatar body, Jake can be whole once again. Moreover, he falls in like with a young Na’vi woman, Neytiri, whose beauty is matched by her ferocity in battle. As Jake slides deeper into becoming one of her clan, he finds himself caught between the military-industrial forces of Earth, and the Na’vi – forcing him to choose sides in an epic battle that will choose the fate of an entire world.
This surely is going to be an fascinating watch.
